LuckyManeki Privacy Policy

About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how LuckyManeki handles information in its Android application. The developer and responsible person is accentgwdep. You can contact us at accentgwdep@gmail.com. Effective date: October 12, 2026.

This policy covers the current 1.0.1 application and its local game features. The game uses virtual coins and collectibles with no cash value. It does not provide account registration, purchases, cash prizes or cash redemption. Core gameplay works offline, but the Android application includes an attribution SDK that can communicate over the internet.

Information stored on your device

The application stores game progress, completed objectives, virtual coin balance, selected stake, game state and sound, music, animation and vibration preferences in WebView local storage. This information is used to resume play and remember your choices. The application does not upload this game save to a developer server or synchronize it between devices.

Local information remains until you reset progress, clear the application's storage in Android settings or uninstall the application. Reset local progress is available in the in-game Settings menu and resets game progress and preferences. The application disables Android application backup. Local progress cannot be restored by contacting support after it has been removed.

Installation and session attribution

The Android application includes Adjust, provided by Adjust GmbH, to measure installations and application sessions. When initialized and network access is available, the SDK can send attribution information such as advertising or SDK-generated device identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system information, application information, installation information and session timing. Availability of particular identifiers depends on Android settings and the device.

Attribution helps determine how installations originate and measure application usage at the installation and session level. The application does not explicitly send individual spins, coin balances or game saves as custom Adjust events. Its game sound and vibration switches do not switch off attribution.

For information about the provider, see Adjust's privacy information: https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy/. Actual service-side retention and sharing depend on the applicable service configuration; the game interface does not display or control those settings.

Information you send to support

If you email accentgwdep@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and investigate the issue you report. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

The support link opens an external email application. Sending a message is your choice, and your email provider processes the message under its own terms. The game does not automatically attach local progress or diagnostic logs to an email.

Permissions and remote connections

The Android application can access the internet and network state for its integrated services and use vibration for optional haptic feedback. Its dependencies include advertising-identifier access for attribution. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location.

The current application has no active remote-configuration address and does not fetch a remote configuration on startup. There is no separate developer-operated IP logging endpoint in this version. This does not prevent Adjust from receiving an IP address when its SDK connects. If a later version activates additional network services, this policy and the relevant disclosures need to be updated.

Recipients and security

Information sent by the attribution SDK is processed by Adjust. Information you send to support is processed through the email service used to deliver and handle the message. The application has no public profiles, social sharing feature or cloud game-save service.

Third-party services may process information outside your country, subject to their service arrangements and applicable law. Android cleartext network traffic is disabled by the application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This policy does not guarantee absolute security or anonymity.

Retention and deletion

Device-local game data is retained as described above. Support correspondence is retained for handling the request and related follow-up, and where retention is required by applicable law. You may contact us to request deletion of correspondence that is no longer needed.

The application itself does not set a fixed retention period for records held by Adjust. A local reset, clearing app storage or uninstalling does not automatically delete records previously sent to Adjust. Contact us with the app name and your request if you want information about attribution retention or want to request deletion. We may need limited additional information to identify the relevant record; do not send a device identifier unless it is necessary for the request.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can reset local progress, manage permissions and advertising-identifier settings through Android where available, and uninstall the application to stop its future operation. Restricting an advertising identifier does not necessarily prevent all SDK network processing. The current application does not provide a separate attribution-consent or attribution-deletion control in its settings.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact the developer using the email below to make a request. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and proportionate identity verification. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Children's privacy

The application contains simulated slot-style gameplay and virtual coins. It does not ask players to enter a date of birth or create an account. The absence of registration does not mean that the attribution SDK processes no device information.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information in connection with LuckyManeki should contact accentgwdep@gmail.com so the matter can be reviewed and any required action taken. Refer to the applicable store age rating and device parental controls when deciding whether the game is appropriate.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy when the application's data handling changes. The effective date identifies the policy version. Material changes should be reviewed together with the application's current privacy information.
